Guided Snowmobile Tours through the Park Beyond Yellowstone ParkGreat snowmobiling is not just limited to Yellowstone Park. West Yellowstone has hundreds of miles of groomed trails meandering through the Gallatin and Targhee National Forests. You can ride your snowmobile to the top of Two Top mountain to enjoy a panoramic view of three states, two national parks, and five mountain ranges, on a clear day you can see the Grand Teton's over a 100 miles away. Cross over the continental divide into Idaho where you may snowmobile to a quaint chalet for lunch and feed the large trout at Big Springs (no fishing allowed). The South Plateau trail also offers a breath-taking view of the area adjacent to the border of Yellowstone Park. Excellent trail maps (included with rental) and well marked routes will make your self-guided day outside the Park fun, safe, and easy, even for the beginner.
