Around Sweet Grass County, you will find a great many excellent biking trails! Head north of Big Timber, into the Crazy Mountains area, or drop south down into the Boulder Valley area.

Natural Bridge/Teepee Mt Trail

6 miles (one way) - steep     Elevation: 5200ft - 7799ft
Begins: Natural Bridge State Park trailhead – Ends: Teepee Mt Saddle trailhead
About 25.7 miles S of Big Timber on Hwy 298 to Natural Bridge State Park.


Swamp Lake Trail

5 miles (one way)     Elevation: 6401ft - 8973ft
Begins: end of Swamp Creek Rd – Ends: Swamp Lake
Hwy 191 N about 5 miles, L on Swamp Creek Rd, to end for trailhead.


Teepee Mt Saddle Trail

6 miles (one way) - steep     Elevation: 5801ft - 7799ft
Begins: Teepee Mt Saddle trailhead – Ends: Natural Bridge State Park trailhead
Hwy 298 S about 18.6 miles, L on E Boulder Rd, 7.7 miles to trailhead (on L).


West Boulder Meadows Trail

3 miles (one way) - easy     Elevation: 5600ft - 5850ft
Begins: West Boulder Campground – Ends: West Boulder Meadows
Hwy 298 about 16 miles S of Big Timber, then R on W Boulder Rd, 14 miles to West Boulder campground, trailhead just past campground.
